Initial Reactions and Appearance
Sobremesa Short Torpedo is a great looking cigar with a straight cut and no major veins running through it. The unlit draw provides a dark chocolate and leather flavor, and the initial puffs are great.
First Third
Sobremesa Short Torpedo’s first third is an incredibly smooth, creamy, and leathery smoke. No burn issues and an incredible taste of flavor make the beginning of this cigar an absolute delight.
Second Third
The flavors remain unchanged during the second third, but the intensity of the cream and leather ramps up quite a bit. In addition to the intensity, the smoke becomes full-bodied. Each of the flavors are little more difficult to appreciate than in the first third, but the leather taste remains delicious.
Final Third
The Sobremesa Short Torpedo started off strong in its first third and keeps its quality well into the third. The flavors are the same creamy leather notes, and even though they’re more intense than before, they make this stick easy to appreciate. All around, this is a great cigar for the price.

I agree with your Assessment, I love the taste of these cigars and keep a stock of them. Where can you get a box of these for $50?????? I would buy two for that price.
